1. Do you ship to my country? What are the shipping costs? Which is the delivery time?

We only ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Europe and United States.

Unfortunately, at the moment we are not shipping to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Maine, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific and countries around the world that are not shown in this section.

The shipping costs are 6.95 USD for the United States. For countries outside of the United States the shipping costs are 10.95 USD. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. The orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

The delivery time after an order is being shipped takes about 20 business days.

2. Can I exchange an item?

At the moment we are not accepting exchanges. We kindly suggest to place a new order.

3. How do I get my confirmation order?

The confirmation order will be received to the e-mail address you entered for your purchase as soon as you place your order. Please, check your spam folder or contact us if the e-mail is not received.

4. Can I change or cancel an order?

Once an order is submitted, we unfortunately can not make changes or cancellation. This is because orders are automatically processed after they has been placed.

5. How many days I have to wait for a return to be processed?

After we receive your package, the return will be processed within 10 business days. You will get a notification via e-mail. For more information, please look at our Refund Policy.
