Returns & Refund

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We also need the confirmation order. However, we kindly ask you to continue reading our refund policy before you start a return to see if you meet the requirements to submit a request.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your merchandise as soon as it is received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong merchandise so we can give you the right service for your case.

Non-Returnable Items 
We do not accept returns of mark-down items or gift cards. We do not accept returns of worn or used items.
 
Exchanges
At the moment we do not make exchanges, we kindly suggest you to place a new order or please contact us to gladly help you.

Refunds 
The shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a notification once we’ve received and inspected the merchandise, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The return will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the package. Please, remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
